Mr. Cui represented a large number of patent applicants in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, and has more than 40 years front-line experience in patent application, review, invalidation, patent administrative litigation and patent infringement litigation.

Mr. Cui worked as a patent attorney at China Patent Agent (H.K.) LTD. prior to joining PatMark. He obtained his BEng. from Beijing University of Technology.
